Even though some ideas don’t get resolved by Salesforce themselves, sometimes you can find viable alternatives in the comments. This can be a valuable source of information.
Other areas for support can be found in the following:
- Salesforce communities
- Trailblazer communities
- Slack communities
- AI
I’m currently using AI for all my support needs. It often gets the answer correct on the first try, and a little nudging usually helps it find the way.
For example, AI may tell you to visit a page or click a button that doesn’t exist. When you tell it so, it’ll apologize and recommend the right way.
The takeaway
