Yesterday I published a podcast episode with Julia Devine of Devine Parker.
Julia and her colleague Catalina help nonprofits determine a technology strategy. This means assessing a client’s current state and building a plan to get to the target state.
They also help determine which CRM is the best fit for their clientele. The CRM Virtuous was discussed often, as Julia is a business partner, but we also talk about Salesforce.
I normally start working with a client once they’ve already decided Salesforce is their best choice. So it was cool to learn how strategists work with clients to make that determination.
If you’re interested in learning how agencies work with clients to select the right CRM for their needs, you can listen to the episode here: , you can listen to the episode here: https://agentsofnonprofit.com/podcast/how-to-strategically-implement-a-crm-for-nonprofits-with-julia-devine
