Here’s something an AI cannot do:
Starting a prompt with, “As a Salesforce consultant with 10 years of experience….” doesn’t magically turn the AI into an expert.
So while the AI can be quite intelligent, it’s not able to replace anyone with grey hairs anytime soon.
But this begs the question: if senior consultants are “safe”, and junior consultants can almost be replaced by AI, how does a junior consultant become a senior one?

One answer is to have juniors shadow seniors. Agencies already do this, since seniors eventually leave. I believe this type of training will become more than than ever
