Did you know, in addition to writing this weekday email, I also host a weekly podcast?

It’s called, “Agents of Nonprofit”. The name is a derivative of the tv series, “Agents of Shield”, as I’m a big Marvel fan. Side note: although the tv series started strong, I felt it lost its way after a few seasons. Do you agree?

The focus of the podcast is different from these emails. There, I interview people and organizations that help nonprofits level-up their technology and processes.

I do this to

  • help nonprofits learn about technology, apps and other cool concepts
  • learn and share knowledge from experts
  • practice my speaking skills
  • meet really cool people in my industry

Since the target audience is not the same as here, I don’t usually cross-promote. Going forward however, and when appropriate, I’ll share some podcast episodes with you.

For example, I recently interviewed Jodi Hrbek, author of the book, “Rock your Role as a Salesforce Admin”.

Also, as a holiday special, I attempted to teach my 13 year old nephew what is a CRM. Side note: How did I do?

Finally, in my 50th podcast episode, coming out this Monday, I’ll be interviewed by one of my previous guests and colleague, Tim Lockie. That should be fun 🙂

The takeaway
Marketing yourself can be challenging, especially when you don’t want to feel cheap. I take my time to produce high quality content for you, dear reader, as I respect your time and value. I will continue to respect your time and will only share information that I believe has value to you. Thanks again for reading.
