Next week is Dreamforce, and while I’m not going this year, the positive energy seems to be higher than usual.
For those of you who are going, I hope you have a grand time!
In a similar event, I’ll be co-hosting a Salesforce – Slack event in Toronto next month.
Salesforce has invested tons of resources into Slack over the last year.
For example, did you know that internal teams can use Slack to interact with Salesforce data? You can almost use it as a full UI replacement for Salesforce. It can basically act as the WorkOS for your organization.
This in-person workshop will be primarily focused on nonprofits, and how they can leverage Slack to manage their organization.

BTW, Slack subscriptions are many times less expensive than Salesforce licenses. And you don’t need Agentforce or Data Cloud licenses.
The takeaway
Slack is more than just a communication tool. It’s an interactive working environment.
