Speaking of the IdeaExchange, what’s your take? Are you
- Happy we have a voice to share ideas with Salesforce, and they listen to us by implementing our requested changes
- Cynical because so many basic ideas haven’t been implemented. Perhaps they are cherry-picking the technically easy ones while ignoring so many that would really help
- Something else
I lean towards #2, and wish I had dictatorship rights for a few days to make UX and functional updates.
I’m all about speed and efficiency, and too often find myself being slowed down. There are just so many unnecessary clicks!
The takeaway
While a great idea in theory, IdeaExchange is also a graveyard were good ideas are never actualized.
