And we are back! Welcome to 2025, my dear reader.

I’ve already started the year poorly by sending this email at the 11th hour. But that’s what happens when you get distracted by trying to catch up on tons of emails.

As you may know, I’ve been the host of a podcast since Feb 2022. The topics are mostly focused around nonprofits and are not Salesforce specific, so I don’t mention it often in these emails.

But the 1st episode of each year is a playful one.

  • In year 1, I spoke to my 13 year old nephew about what is a CRM.
  • Last year, I spoke with my 86 year old dad about working with nonprofits.
  • For this year, I spoke to my 11 year old niece about AI.

She’s mostly concerned about AI taking over the world, and I did my best to reassure her. I’m not sure I was successful, but you can be the judge.

For an 11 year old, she’s remarkable clever and worries about some really big topics. I invite you to listen our conversation using https://agentsofnonprofit.com/podcast/ai-through-the-eyes-of-an-11-year-old-rubys-insightful-take-on-the-future-of-work-and-play

The takeaway
Don’t wait until the last possible minute to catch up on emails.
