For nonprofits, Salesforce now offers a native tax receipting solution. It’s designed for Agentforce Nonprofit (aka Nonprofit Cloud), and it’s a welcomed feature.
But is it good enough?

Pros:

- Free
Cons:
- Customization is limited
- Doesn’t handle compliance and regional regulations
- For Agentforce Nonprofit only. NPSP is not supported
The takeaway
While a it’s a step in the right direction, those with compliance needs or NPSP setups should likely stick to AppExchange solutions for now.
