While at TND 2026, I attended various speaking sessions. One of my favorite was hosted by Pei Mun Lim. Pei is a titan in the Salesforce industry, and very well known in the UK and Europe.
Her talk was titled, “Architecting Your Future-Proof Career in the Age of AI”. She cleverly applied the Salesforce Well-Architected framework to people.
This means finding ways to
- Build trust (secure, compliant, reliable)
- Be easy (intentional, automated, engaging)
- Be adaptable (resilient, composable)
And improve those ways in you.
While you cannot completely map these pillars to people, it serves as a solid starting point.
The takeway
Pei claims the AI future will make human skills (aka soft skills) more critical than ever before. And I completely agree.
